| When RemodelWest says they do"Total Care Remodeling" they really mean it. We hired RemodelWest based on a recommendation of a co-worker. This was our first remodel, and we were a little nervous about the project, namely adding a second full bathroom to our existing floorplan, demolishing the existing full bath and making it into a master suite as well as building an entertainment center for our family room. Bill put us at ease during our first meeting when he explained step by step how his team would approach our project. We met with the architect, Kirk, the designer, Sarah, and our stellar project manager,Jim, and together Bill's team came up with a unique and very creative idea on how to best make use of existing space in order to add the second full bathroom. We had given Sarah clippings from magazines showing the style of fixtures, tiles and cabinets we liked, and when it came to choosing materials Sarah was spot on in recommending choices that met our taste and our needs. At any time when we had question or a problem arose either Jim or Bill responded with a solution within a couple of hours. All of the sub-contractors Bill employed were first rate: they delivered top-notch workmanship, respected our privacy and kept our house as clean as possible during the 4 months of our project. Bill had promised to update a project plan regularly, and at any time during the project we knew exactly what work was to be done at any given point in time. We were very impressed by the quality of the work, the professionalism, responsiveness and meticulous care everybody at RemodelWest showed during our project, and even after we ended the project. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our remodel and have only heard compliments from friends who have seen the completed work. We would definitely recommend RemodelWest and intend to use them again for our next project. |
