Are you ready to start planning your next project? As a past customer we would like to help you get started. The First Step to kick starting your project is to begin the design. Offer Expires July 31st, 2009.
We would be happy to help by offering our complimentary “First Step ” program. Our staff will visit with you at your home, listen to your desires, and prepare a schematic plan, all for no charge. We can then do a bit of preliminary construction cost study all enough for you to see if you would like to move ahead.
When you’re ready we’ll prepare a design agreement and as a past client, offer 20% off our fees to complete the plans. Once completed you will have a completed set of plans ready to build your project accompanied with our proposal to build your project.
Ready to build? If you accept our proposal to begin construction we will offer a rebate of 50% of the design fees paid towards the cost of construction.
