Step 1 Schematic:
The first step to beginning your remodel. This step allows you to see your ideas as well as ours come to light in drawings and materials.  We may visit a few concepts scaled in size or budget.  Ultimately our goal is for you to have the freedom of choice and to know how much each of your options may cost.    		Step 2 Design Development:
The second step to creating your project we begin to home in on the details by completing 3D drawings, selecting materials, and preparing final plans such as electrical and lighting and engineering. Upon completing this stage, you will be able to visualize your new home and understand the final cost. 		Step 3 Construction Drawings:
Step three completes your plans. Rest assured you are just about ready to begin construction. Our team will prepare your project for submittal to your building department by completing your plans and specifications. 		Step 4 Building Permit Application:
Sometimes a cumbersome process, RemodelWest has strong working relationships with all cities and we are accustomed to handling this for most clients.
